RBA DEVELOPEMENT EVENTS
RBA Development Events are designed to give players the opportunity to improve their game in a competitive, high-tempo environment while gaining valuable experience alongside other motivated athletes. Each event focuses on skill development, game habits, and decision-making, helping players continue progressing throughout the season and off season. Our events combine quality instruction and a professional environment to support each player’s long-term development.
RBA DRAFT PREP SERIES
The RBA Draft Prep Series is an invite-only program with high-intensity practices and a junior-style showcase game. Held March 14, 19, and 21 at the Ajax Community Centre, the series includes two one-hour practices focused on pace and execution, followed by a fully officiated, live-streamed showcase game with scouts in attendance. Providing valuable exposure before the draft. Players will also receive post-game feedback and a swag bag.

APRIL: SPRING SKATES
The RBA April Development Skates are designed to help players maintain momentum following the season and continue building their game in a fast-paced, competitive practice environment. Each session emphasizes skill development, decision-making, and game-like scenarios, giving players quality ice time and valuable reps as they prepare for spring tournaments and upcoming tryouts.

PROSPECTS SHOWCASE GAME
The RBA Showcase Game is a junior-style game designed to give players a competitive environment to demonstrate their abilities ahead of the draft. Featuring 20-minute periods and full officiating, the game is played at a high pace to replicate the junior level. With scouts in attendance and a live stream available, players have the opportunity to gain valuable exposure before the draft, while also receiving post-game feedback to support their development.
