TREVOR REVOY

OWNER / PRESIDENT OF HOCKEY OPERATIONS

Trevor began his career in the hockey world as a scout and "eye in the sky" coach with the Lindsay Muskies of the OJHL, where he spent two years learning the intricacies of junior hockey. He then joined Scout.ca, serving as their Head ETA Scout for nearly three years, which allowed him to deepen his understanding of the OHL and the pathways to reaching that level. Motivated to expand his experience, Trevor transitioned to coaching with the Central Ontario Wolves, where he gained valuable behind-the-scenes knowledge of minor hockey. After two years, he joined the Peterborough Petes U18 program, which marked the first year the U18 program partnered with the OHL Peterborough Petes as an affiliate. During this time, Trevor had the opportunity to collaborate with former NHL players, current OHL coaches and scouts, and work with future OHL and NCAA prospects. With this wealth of experience, Trevor founded RBA to share his expertise and insights with aspiring players, helping them navigate their hockey journeys and reach their full potential.

TRISTAN WENZIG

USA ADVISOR

Tristan fell in love with hockey at age 9 after seeing it on TV, quickly teaching himself to skate and play. He competed through high school before joining the U.S. Air Force, where he served 16 years and played ACHA Division 1 college hockey while on active duty.

Over the past 12 years, Tristan has dedicated himself to the game as a USA Hockey Level 4 coach and referee. He’s coached from Learn to Play to semi-pro levels and worked with NHL, OHL, and college players through skills clinics and camps—also running his own development programs.

In recent years, he has focused on scouting, helping young players take the next step in their hockey careers. Tristan currently plays for the Pittsburgh Warthogs, a veterans' team supporting healing through hockey. Medically retired with a 100% disability rating, he brings unmatched dedication, experience, and passion to RBA Hockey Advisors.
